Full review posted 16.08.2013Long overdue, but here it comes...
***4 solid stars***I enjoyed story a lot. It was faced paced, well written and hard to put it down.
What I liked:Main characters, agents Ty and Zane are something else. Both are workaholics and likes best to work alone. The fun starts when they are paired to work together on a case :-). Constant bickering, insults, sarcastic comments were hilarious. Match made in heaven, or hell :-). I like the fact that their relationship develops slowly. After they got closer, I got to see the softer sides of both of them, which was sweet. Their chemistry and attraction was believable.
The plot is interesting, too. The case details are interesting, were on point and believable. There were no unnecessary descriptions of people or places.
I like the fact that author focuses equally on both the case and Ty's and Zane's relationship. That's why, at least for me, it never got boring.
What I didn't like:At first, I thought it was fun to read about T and Z constantly going at each other, but after awhile it got old and felt repetitive. I wished they would have tone it down a little with growls, eye rolls and insults. Also, I was a little disappointed that not even halfway though, I could predict who the murderer was. The mystery was gone.
Overall, it was a well written and interesting story. I enjoyed it a lot. I'll definitely read the next book in the series.
